1. The trial is the first line

[COUNSEL] Every subscription starts with a 30-day trial at $0. Cancel any time before day 30 and you are never charged. This is the intended way to evaluate Prime Motion at no cost.

2. Refund window after a charge

[COUNSEL] If a renewal or first charge goes through and something is wrong, contact us within REFUND-WINDOW-PLACEHOLDER (e.g. 14) days of the charge and we will refund it. Describe conditions (e.g. refunds of annual renewals requested promptly after the renewal date; no proration policy or proration policy — business decision).

3. How to request

[COUNSEL] Email support@primemotioncnc.com from the account email, or use the billing portal linked from your account page. Refunds are executed by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method.

4. Statutory rights

[COUNSEL] Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights (e.g. EU withdrawal rights, local warranty law). Counsel to draft per-market language, including digital-content withdrawal-right handling at checkout.

5. Abuse
